Fall & Wintertime

Past few months have been busy, busy. I went to DC and had a great time roaming around and catching up with friends. Fall in DC is great. The air is cool and you can walk around forever trying to see all the sites. I visited the Portrait Museum, saw The Constitution, The Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights at the National Archives, visited National Geographic (what a dream come true!), checked out the Abe Lincoln Memorial and had lovely meals! I even photographed the early beginnings of Occupy DC which was interesting to compare to Occupy Wall Street.

I also photographed a street poll for the December issue of Latina Magazine and various events for the Red Cross in Greater NY. Here is a link to the Greater NY Volunteer Recognition Event  http://www.nyredcross.org/?nd=news_room_detail&news_id=433&jid=63915

I cannot believe how fast the year came to an end. The holidays have been fun and I am looking forward to 2012! Check out some photos of the past few months. Happy New Year!

Summer weather in Fall

Lately it has been pretty warm for Fall in New York and that made me think of this past Summer. Summer is my favorite season. I traveled to New York, Ohio, Maine, and North Carolina and it was a lot of fun. Below are some images from this past Summer. I know Fall will be in full force soon and it will be time for the leaves to change, comfy sweaters, and hot cocoa. I received some good news for next year close to Fall time in September 2012 I will have a show at Freddy's bar in Brooklyn, New York. A selection of images from my project Ladyride will be on display! Recently I also photographed for The Indypendent or as some call it The Indy. Check this paper out I like their motto,
A free paper for free people  http://www.indypendent.org/

For the cat lovers out there I also wanted to mention to check out my friend Jen Mascia's blog http://henrythegangstercat.tumblr.com/  Reading about Henry is very amusing and those cat pictures are just too cute. Enjoy this Indian Summer!
